ABOUT PEPPERDINE'S
REELSTORIES FILM FESTIVAL
The ReelStories Film Festival has been an incredible showcase of student filmmaking and creative talent since it was first established in 2010 by Pepperdine’s Student Programming Board. This unique event organized by college students provides fellow undergraduate filmmakers the opportunity to share impactful stories and convey emotive messages through the beautiful art of short films.
Life is short, art is long. While our time on earth is limited, the traces of our footsteps—the places we’ve gone and the people we’ve met—often leave a bigger impact than we imagine. This year, we chose the theme “Timeless: Stories That Live On” because the masterful art of storytelling through film captures human experiences that empathize with, comfort, and inspire people beyond the theater. We hope you enjoy ReelStories Film Festival XIV.
