ReelStories is a student-led film festival that seeks to unite the Pepperdine and the Malibu communities through a night of celebration and appreciation of film. RSFF provides an opportunity for young filmmakers to instill change by crafting meaningful narratives that captivate and challenge.

WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY, APRIL 7 - 9, 2021

This year, with our online platform, we shift our focus to the work and creative perspective of all students, filmmakers, and non-filmmakers alike...

The festival week will consist of two main parts:

 

RSFF in Retrospect (April 7-8)
A look back at student film submissions from past RSFF years + interviews with past filmmakers.

RSFF12 Premiere Night (April 9)

For this year's premiere night, you'll get to watch the Official Selections to the Student Filmmaker Showcase, as well as the special "Real" Stories feature film, where we collaborated with our fellow students in an effort to uplift and honor their voices in reflection of the past year.

 

Be sure to join in on this fun night of film and you'll want to stick around to check in to this event! Checking in automatically enters you into a giveaway raffle for a limited edition RSFF crewneck, more Board swag, and other movie-related prizes!
